Our Chef, Eric Manent He took over the management of the kitchens at the Château de Divonne in November 2006. After a spell at the Oasis in Mandelieu, this young 36 year old chef learnt his skills under the "pianos" of Laurent Tarridec at the famous Bistrot. He then worked at Négresco, then at Antiquaires in Orléans. In 1999 he obtained his first position as Chef, firstly in Courchevel, then in the Dordogne and from 2000 to 2006, in Corsica where he kept the star of the Belvédere within the Filippi family. |
