Royal. The Chef has added his innovative touch
to some of the regional dishes : Loire fishes,
poultry from the Tourain region. An impressive
wine-cellar with over 20 000 bottles from all
over France and especially Loire Valley. A collection
of very old brandies such as for instance a 1886
Armagnac.
