1 : Arrival
Arrive by TG.V at Dijon station
Transfer to chateau by coach shuttle
Distribution of room keys
Relaxation time, meal and free evening

2 : Seminar
Buffet breakfast served in "Le Clos
Prieur" restaurant
9.00: Full morning meeting (with break)
in a room equipped with cinema screen, paperboard,
video-projector, pen and mineral water.
13.00: lunch in a private room
14.00: Afternoon meeting with break
17.00: Relaxation time followed by wine
tasting with English commentary of 5 Domaine
du
Clos Vougeot wines in a vaulted room. (former
14th century wine cellar)
21.00: gala dinner (wines matched with food)
followed by cigar and liqueur tasting (optional).
Artists provide entertainment during the
meal
Day
3 : Relaxation
09.00: Morning meeting including 1 break
with a regional theme
13.00: Aperitif and lunch
14.00: Coach leaves for a tour of the villages
of Vosne-Romanée and Chambolle-Musigny.
Visit conducted in English followed by wine
tasting in the cellars. Opportunity to buy
wines tasted.
17.00: Departure by coach shuttle for Dijon
station
