room with its 14th century vaulted ceiling for
candlelight dinners (50 persons). The Big Prince
Bishops room (200 persons), a striking 45-meter
long, 12th century reception hall. Regional specialities
: foie gras, seasonal game (Venison). The wine-cellar
stocks wines from all over France as the famous
alsatian vintages.
