Built
in the VIIth century, the Prieuré cellars
today house over 8000 bottles, mainly from the
Loire Valley region. It also has some rigorously
selected rarities from France and other countries,
most notably its "oldest inhabitant",
dating back to 1892, which lies amongst the Coteaux
du Layon. This magical place offers you a first
taste of oenology, led by the Prieuré's
own sommelier. |
